I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Board Certified Coach specializing in individual, groups, couples and family, and maintain a private practice in Olympia Fields, Illinois and Kankakee, Illinois.
With over ten years’ experience as a therapist, and as a graduate of Governors State University specializing in Cognitive Therapy, I am currently serving as a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among my areas of expertise are mood disorders, anxiety disorders, anger management, self-esteem, partner-relational conflict, stress, grief and loss, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, marriage and family, couple, adolescent and veteran issues.
In addition to being a prominent individual and relationship therapist, I have presented at national, state and local conferences and to general audiences speaking on the topics of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, marriage and family issues and veteran’s issues.
I am an interactive, holistic therapist. My therapeutic approach is to provide support from a holistic viewpoint, so that people can come to a deeper awareness and understanding of themselves, their truths, their innate strengths, how to overcome life's challenges and enhance their quality of life. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
